Valquo is a free, personal, educational project published by Donovan Corbin. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. What this is

Valquo computes automated discounted-cash-flow valuations, factor scores and market-wide rankings from third-party financial data, and publishes written research about how it does so. It is information and education only. It is free: there is nothing to buy, no subscription, no advertising, and no user accounts — you are not asked for an email address and nothing is collected from you in order to use it.

2. There is no relationship between us

• Not investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Donovan Corbin is not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer and does not act as one. Using this site creates no advisory, fiduciary, client or other relationship of any kind, and no duty of care to you.
• Impersonal and general. Fair values, scores and rankings are model outputs of general application. They are not tailored to you, take no account of your circumstances, objectives or finances, and are not recommendations or solicitations to buy or sell any security.
• You alone are responsible for what you do with any of it, and for verifying anything you rely on against primary sources.

3. What the numbers are — read this section

• Model output, not fact. Every valuation depends on assumptions that can be materially wrong, and every score is a ranking against other names on one day, not a judgement about a company.
• Third-party data contains errors. Market and fundamental data comes from outside providers, changes without notice, and is sometimes wrong or missing. Nothing here is verified against filings on your behalf.
• Backtested results are a historical simulation. They are hypothetical, carry the benefit of hindsight, and have inherent limitations (including survivorship and look-ahead bias, which are disclosed in the research write-ups). They are not returns that anyone earned.
• Any forward "paper" record is a broker sandbox account containing no real money. It represents simulated orders on delayed data. It is not a real account, not real trading, and not a personal return.
• Past and simulated performance does not indicate future results. Markets involve risk, including loss of the entire amount invested.

4. Acceptable use

Use it for your own research. Please do not scrape, bulk-download, resell, republish or systematically redistribute the data or outputs, or overload the service. Underlying market data belongs to its vendors and is subject to their terms; redistributing it is their line to draw, not mine to give away.

5. Availability — no duty to maintain

This is one person's project, run for free. There is no duty to update, correct, maintain or continue it, no service level, no support obligation and no notice period. It may change, break, go offline, or be withdrawn entirely at any time, without warning. Do not build anything on it that would matter if it stopped.

6. No warranty; limitation of liability

THE SITE AND EVERYTHING ON IT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DONOVAN CORBIN IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR RELIANCE ON, THIS SITE OR ITS OUTPUTS — INCLUDING TRADING OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, AND ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES — WHETHER OR NOT THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS WAS KNOWN. NOTHING IS CHARGED FOR THIS SITE, AND ANY TOTAL LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions; where that is so, the exclusions apply to the fullest extent the law allows.

7. Intellectual property

The software, the analysis and the written research are mine. Underlying facts and public filings are not — no ownership is claimed over them.

8. Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated by replacing this page; continued use is acceptance. Virginia law governs, and the courts of Virginia are the venue for any dispute.
